9-SUPERFRUIT BASE BLEND – CONCENTRATED FRUIT JUICE & PUREE POWDER

The 9-Superfruit Base Blend combines seven fruit juices with acai and goji puree into one concentrated powder.

The ingredients are dried using a low-temperature process onto a tapioca maltodextrin carrier.

Instead of purchasing and weighing nine separate fruit ingredients, manufacturers can introduce a complex fruit profile through one pre-blended ingredient.

The blend provides natural fruit character and a deep red-purple colour and has an independently tested ORAC value above 50,000 µmol TE/100 g.

Raspberry Juice, Strawberry Juice, Pomegranate Juice, Elderberry Juice, Blackcurrant Juice, Blueberry Juice, Cranberry Juice, Acai Puree, Goji Puree, Tapioca Maltodextrin, Anti-Caking Agent (551).

Reference Inclusion: 5 g per finished serve

At 5 g:

ORAC — greater than approximately 2,500 µmol TE
Vitamin C — approximately 5.2 mg

Final inclusion can be adjusted according to desired colour, flavour, fruit solids and finished product positioning.
