Instant Soluble Kombucha Powder is made from oolong tea that has been sourced from the famous Alishan Mountain region in Taiwan. This mountain region has an altitude of 1,000-1,800m above sea level and with very few hours of sunlight, vast temperature differences between day and night, makes the conditions for growing tea ideal. The product is produced from a patented fibre encapsulation method, offering a source of dietary fibre benefits as well as containing antioxidants such as flavonoids and polyphenols.
